Derrice has gained a wide range of hands on commercial financial and accounting experience including the Insurance Industry, having worked in her early career with Bland Payne and Sedgwick's.

​

She served as an executive director and joint company secretary with Mermaid Marine Australia Limited and was extensively involved in the ASX Listing of that company.  She then joined Alliance Finance as a shareholder, Director and Financial Controller and took the lead role in their ASX listing.

​

She has been with Gibbscorp from the start in 2006 as a Shareholder and Financial Controller, overseeing all financial matters, office procedures and IT Solutions for the business.  Derrice's extensive experience and breadth of commercial skills are an important asset to the Company.
